By accessing or using Pubmeld ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Description of Service
Pubmeld is a web-based analytics dashboard that allows you to view your Google Analytics properties in a unified interface. The Service connects to your Google Analytics account using OAuth authentication and displays your analytics data in a convenient format.
Account Requirements
To use Pubmeld, you must:
- Have a valid Google account
- Have access to at least one Google Analytics property
- Grant Pubmeld read-only access to your Google Analytics data
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
- Resell or redistribute access to the Service
Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Pubmeld and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
Google API Services
Pubmeld uses Google API Services to access your analytics data. By using Pubmeld, you also agree to be bound by Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You can revoke Pubmeld's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account settings.
Service Availability
We strive to keep Pubmeld available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PUBMELD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
